Tips for Real Estate Professionals on the South Coast

One trick that helps the TOP Agents stay on top is that they never forget the purpose or objective of their activity. In other words, if you asked someone what the first thing they do in the morning they may say "Go to the bathroom." To which I would say you must have to change your sheets alot! In other words if you jump straight to the goal you are missing key factors in the "selling" process. These key processes, which are not missed by the Top agents, lead to more success with each activity.

One example I can share with you happened just last week here in the office. One of our top agents was speaking with an "Expired" listing on the phone and scheduled an appiontment but before hanging up the agent stopped and returned to the purpose of the call and discovered that the homeowner had more than one house to sell! Top Agents have set goals for each activity and have several processes at their disposal to help them reach their goal for that activity.

Sound confusing? It's not for those who have taking our Pathways to Success program. Great salepeople are not born, they're made! If you are our there selling know, don't forget what your intentions are or purpose is for that activity.
